“Drosselkom”: Federal Cartel Office Reviews Telekom’s Flat-Rate Throttling Plans
According to heise.de, Deutsche Telekom could “run into trouble with the Federal Cartel Office over its planned internet DSL tariffs with flat-rate throttling”.
