A good four weeks ago, all Google Video users received an email from Google saying that the service would be shut down by the end of April. That was too fast for some internet users and bloggers. The blog techfacts.net, for example, contacted me and asked for support in drawing attention to the issue. Google has now backtracked and postponed the shutdown for the time being.
UPDATE:
I have just tried to transfer my Google Videos to YouTube as explained in an email from Google and ran into a problem: the “Upload Videos to YouTube” button shown in the image below was missing for me. The solution is relatively simple: change the language setting of Google Video to English. The button should then appear.
