Dresden Sights from the Air

Exploring Dresden with the Mavic Pro. The bird’s-eye view shows Dresden’s Blue Wonder bridge, the Elbe castles, the suspension railway and the Elbe meadows.

The clip also shows the technical limitations of the Mavic. Some of the orbit shots of the bridge on the right-hand side of the image are out of focus. Presumably this was a temporary Mavic bug, because after taking some photos in between, the entire image was sharp again. Jerking while panning the camera is also clearly visible several times. In future, I hope to prevent this by reducing shutter speeds with ND filters. Stephan Wiesner explains the background in this YouTube clip:
